Development Proposal
We have developed the current layout in consultation with Dover District Council, who have provided feedback on earlier versions of the emerging layout which has led to the scheme that we are currently proposing.
Our proposal will deliver:
- 35no. homes comprising of a mix of one to four bed homes, delivered using our approach of high-quality design and materials.
- Policy compliant affordable housing.
- Delivering open spaces including provision of childrens’ play equipment as a trim trail.
- More than 10% Biodiversity Net Gain.
- Extensive tree planting and reptile mitigation area.

Appearance
In terms of appearance, the development utilises a traditional palette of materials including brick, tile hanging and render in order to reflect the design and character of the surrounding development.
The primary materials are to be a rustic red and red multi brick.
